Hello, this is Kuroda from FRAT STORE.
Once again, Happy New Year.
Since we opened the store in February of last year, 533 people have visited us and about 300 people have made purchases. Thank you so much!
Since launching the online site in August 2021, I have been working at the store after work and on weekends while working as a salaryman on weekdays, but from 2025 I will quit my day job and focus solely on the store. I'm going to do it. Finally!
Now, I enjoy every day. I look forward to going to work, waking up in the morning, and even going to bed at night. Basically, I look forward to tomorrow every day.
I was really sleepy every day and it was hard work, but I had decided to do it all myself. I'm glad I've worked hard. Of course I couldn't have done this alone, and I think I've only been able to get this far thanks to my wife, who is my biggest supporter, and my friends Katayama and Namba. It's wonderful to have friends who share the same aspirations. Of course, I'm also incredibly grateful to the customers who regularly visit the store, and to those who live far away and always purchase online.
From 2025 onwards, we plan to open the store every day if possible. Until now, the store has been closed almost every weekday, so I'm really looking forward to meeting lots of different people on weekdays as well.
If you have a weekday off, we look forward to seeing you.
And with that, I'll wrap it up now.
As the title suggests, this year we will place more importance on "conduct" than ever before.
By good behavior, I mean picking up trash when you find it, cleaning up properly, greeting people cheerfully, being kind to people, and other things that are normal for a human being. I believe that if you have bad behavior, it will definitely show up in some way, and those gaps and carelessness in finishing will lead to small mistakes that will eventually become big mistakes. Or rather, I am convinced that this is the case. I will keep my feet on the ground and continue to work hard, steadily and honestly, without getting carried away.
I want to continue doing my best from tomorrow onwards with a positive and happy mindset, so that I can enrich the lives of my customers even just a little, make my own family happy, and keep going until I succeed. There's no reason why I can't do it. I feel like things have been going well since last year! It's the best!
