This time, I asked a friend to make an adult-sized version of the jumper I wore every day when I was in elementary school. It's the jumper I wore every day without thinking about it, whether I was going to a friend's house after school or going out with my family. I made it with the image of a simple jacket that you can throw on when you go out for a bit or over a sweatshirt you wear at home.

Didn't you wear brightly colored jumpers when you were a child? Now that I think about it, I think my parents made me wear bright colors because they stood out more and wouldn't be mistaken for other people.

At the time, it was a really big size, so my mother would wear it when she went to volleyball with other moms. This time, inspired by those memories, we made it in a compact size that is easy to share with others. It's a bit of a compact size for men, so it can be worn as an inner down jacket under an outerwear. Of course, it's also cute when women wear it oversized.

The shiny nylon material, which looks like it might be used by retro outdoor brands, is water-repellent, so it will withstand a little rain.

It is filled with padding, but the amount is just right, so it is very light and warm; it's actually surprisingly light.

The sleeves and hem are piped with stretchy fabric so it can be worn rolled up.

Although it's a small detail, the back of the collar is thermal so that it feels comfortable even when worn with a sweatshirt or T-shirt. (Many collars are made of the same material as the body, but that can make the collar dirty and is uncomfortable to wear.)

The chest pocket is large enough to easily fit an iPhone.

The colors are a healthy pistachio green and a lively pine yellow. Both colors look great as innerwear.

Although it is a fairly bold color scheme for our first original product, it has a regular vintage feel that is characteristic of our store. It is a nice jumper that can be worn as an inner layer for outerwear now and can be worn over a long T-shirt in early spring!
