This T-shirt is from a fitness club in Green Valley, Arizona, USA. The body is a 90's Fruit of the Room. The catchy logo and the marbling gray with burgundy lettering are very American and great. It's a T-shirt with a relaxed feel, and I'd like to wear it as everyday wear.

I think this print is a silhouette of someone doing a barbell shoulder press. It's a muscle training that mainly trains the shoulders and latissimus dorsi muscles , and I like it because I can handle a lot of weight. It looks like a 20kg barbell with 10kg and 5kg plates on each side, so I think they're training with a weight of 50kg. However, I'm worried about getting injured because there's no waist support. Waist injuries can easily become a habit, so be careful.
