"HECTIC" was a legendary shop that was in Harajuku in the 90s. Judging from the tag, this is from 2002. It's already 20 years old, so it's a fine VINTAGE item. It has a somewhat military feel and can be worn like a happy suit. The padding is polyester, so it's light and moderately warm. I think it's perfect for the Japanese climate. The size is not too big like street brands of the time, but is just the right oversize that is still popular today, so even those who remember that time can wear it in a modern style.
