This is the classic REGENT from Polo Ralph Lauren. It's a random-striped shirt that looks ordinary, but the fact that it's a Ralph shirt is a big plus. I personally like the pony mark on the chest, but the unembroidered version is definitely more versatile. The REGENT is a dress shirt model, but it's a larger size so it can be worn casually. It's made of broadcloth, so it looks great with a washed look.
