This is a striped shirt from Dezert.
This brand was created by Shigehiko Taguchi, who is also famous for launching Comme des Garcons Homme, and was around from the 80s to the 00s. The brand was extremely popular at the time for its military docking and use of special materials. I think this shirt is one of Dezert's early shirts. It's not as thin as gauze material, but it has a similar texture, so it seems like it would be comfortable to wear even in the middle of summer. It has a moderately wide width and a short length, creating a unique silhouette.
